UniSalute Up 3.11.7

The UniSalute Up app allows you to manage your services in an even simpler and faster way. Now, there's an additional feature: in the "Policy" section, you can consult the Information Kit related to your policy, which contains all the detailed documentation required by current regulations. Additionally, for policies that include it, you can view and download the Overseas Form, which certifies the validity of your healthcare coverage abroad.

Specifically, with this app, you can:

• Book appointments for visits and tests at affiliated healthcare facilities: you can ask UniSalute to book for you or use the new function to book the appointment independently and then inform UniSalute.
• View your agenda with upcoming appointments for visits and tests, modify them, or cancel them.
• Request reimbursement for expenses by simply uploading photos of invoices and required documents.
• Check the status of reimbursement requests through the account statement. You can also provide missing documents if requested by UniSalute.
• Receive real-time notifications about updates on your appointments and reimbursement requests.
• Access the "For You" section to discover complementary policies to enhance your healthcare plan and read news and articles from the InSalute Blog.
• View all information related to your policy: Information Kit containing all the detailed documentation required by current regulations (Insurance Conditions, policy terms, additional terms, etc.). Additionally, for policies that include it, you can view and download the Overseas Form certifying the validity of your healthcare coverage abroad.
• Manage and update your personal information and that of your family members (personal details, contact information, banking details), and choose whether to authorize adult family members to view your health data. You can check the list of family members covered, update information about exercising rights regarding them (parental role), and manage the privacy consent of adult family members.

To access the functions of the UniSalute app, enter your username and password that you already use to log in to your reserved area on unisalute.it. If you haven't registered yet, you can also register through the app.
